BOOSTER Precision Components GmbH is an international manufacturer of mechanical precision parts primarily for the automotive industry and for other industrial applications. We specialize in cutting with the most modern manufacturing processes and are market leaders in the production of compressor wheels and VTGs for the automotive industry. The focus of your challenging and varied activities at the Booster Group is in cooperation with our international controlling team. Active participation and further development of the controlling to support and prepare strategic decisions and operational improvements Perform regular reviews and comments on business and financial performance on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis Continuous improvement of Group-wide processes for forecasts and budget planning to ensure accuracy, efficiency and consistency Optimization and extension of existing reporting landscape Participation in the business planning of the companies Support in the introduction of new systems and processes in controlling

Complete relevant studies or comparable training Multiannual professional experience in a comparable position, with international orientation Multiannual experience as a factory controller Extensive knowledge of how to build a cost calculation /precalculation knowledge of stock assessment and a rolling liquidity planning Construction and development of KPIs Experience in handling the relevant tools (SAP, Reporting, Analysis, Planning) English language skills international readiness
