Plant Manager Heat & Generation (m/f/d)

Ensure the reliable operation of all heating power plants and networks as well as independent analysis and troubleshooting. Planning and execution of larger maintenance projects as well as regular maintenance, inspection and repair work on plants and networks, including coordination with planners and acquisition of new plants from projects. Responsibility of control technology and professional implementation of all necessary interventions for system and network control. Implementation of commissioning, out-of-operation, network conversion and coordination of line connections and transfer stations. Conduct one or more teams in a professional and disciplined manner, including task distribution, co-ordination and guaranteeing all work protection measures. Coordinate and initiate external and internal service providers and ensure effective cooperation with other departments. Documenting and organizing all relevant activities by means of workforce management systems, carrying out and participating in training and security-related measures and participation in the standby service.

A completed master training in the area of district heating, gas or water networks, as a plant mechanic SHK or a comparable technical master qualification, which allows a near-to-special cross entrance. Very good understanding of process engineering processes in heating power plants and sound knowledge in boiler and heating technology. Excellent expertise in MSR technology, PLC and control technology as well as solid thermodynamic foundations. Safe handling of laptop, tablet, MS Office and common software as well as pronounced digital competence. Willingness to work on new technical topics and to continuously expand knowledge. At least two years of professional experience in the technical environment, complemented by first project and leadership experience. A valid driver's license for flexible use in the working area.
