Condominium Manager / Real Estate Agent (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the independent and holistic management of housing property communities according to the Housing Property Act and are the central representative for owners, administrative councils and external partners. You are preparing owner meetings in terms of content, organization and law, implementing them and ensuring the consistent implementation of the decisions taken. You control modernization, maintenance and refurbishment measures and coordinate service providers, craft businesses and specialist planners with regard to quality, dates and costs. You ensure a transparent, structured and regular communication with owners and administrative councils, creating trusted and sustainable cooperation. You work closely with the WEG management team as well as accounting and ensure a smooth running of all commercial and organizational processes. You keep in mind budgets, contracts and deadlines and bear responsibility for the proper management and satisfaction of the owners' communities.

You have a completed training or study in the real estate sector and brings several years of experience in WEG management. You have a well-founded knowledge of housing property law and are confident in the independent management of housing property communities. You work routiniert with MS Office as well as popular real estate ERP and/or CRM systems. You organize yourself, work structured and keep track of complex issues. You communicate with owners, administrative councils, service providers and internal interfaces and perform binding and service-oriented. You take responsibility, work reliably and solution-oriented and understand how to professionally moderate different interests. You appreciate the team's cooperation, but you also have responsibility for your management mandates.
