Working Student (m/w/d) in Global Indirect Purchasing – Procurement Operation Desk

Type of employment: limited to 1 year Working time: part-time - up to 18 hours / week

You take care of the day-to-day business and take over various shopping activities independently and independently You process incoming order confirmations and other supplier documents You agree delivery dates and monitor them They support in order processing and process optimization/standardization They are in direct coordination with internal marketing, IT, Finance&Accounting, production facilities, supply chain management, and external suppliers, and are responsible for carrying out tasks in this interface function You maintain and check creditor and article stock data They are involved in projects with an international nature, participate in negotiations and work in contract management and decision-making processes

You are an intangible student (m/w/d) of BWL, engineering/economics, business informatics or comparable in an advanced semester You are interested in cross-interface questions They are strong and confident They have a high motivation, commitment and ambition These are good in structured thinking and analytical work You have very good knowledge in MS Office applications and preferably already experience in SAP and/or ARIBA You have good knowledge of German and English in word and writing (at least. B1-level) You have already been able to make first practical experiences ideally in shopping
