SAP SucessFactors Specialist (m/f/d)

In this role, you will be part of our Global IT organization while working closely with our people teams around the world. Acting as a bridge between technology and people processes, you will help ensure that our systems remain stable, user-friendly, and evolve to support the needs of the business. Taking care of the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our SAP SuccessFactors environment, with a focus on Employee Central, Learning, and Performance & Goals Working close with the SAP SuccessFactors team and gradual building expertise across additional modules Contributing to the planning and implementation of new SAP SuccessFactors modules and system enhancements Driving HR systems projects that help simplify, standardize, and improve our people processes Preparing meaningful reports and analyses that support better people-related decisions, including through SAP Advanced Analytics Helping ensure that our HR system processes meet legal, internal, and audit-related requirements Supporting colleagues with questions, training, and troubleshooting in the relevant SAP SuccessFactors modules

Experience with SAP HR modules Openness to learning additional SAP SuccessFactors modules and expanding your system expertise over time Understanding of HR processes and willingness to find practical ways to make them clearer, simpler, and more efficient Confidence using MS Office and first experience in projects or cross-functional collaboration Ownership and solution-oriented thinking Ability to translate technical topics into user-oriented training in collaboration with local key users You enjoy working with people, communicating clearly, and keeping topics well organized
