You form international employment and mail contracts You develop global policies and standards (e.g. Global Compensation) You make sure that our compensation models meet regulatory requirements worldwide You will support our Group companies with location-wide compliance and regulatory issues as well as strong corporate governance

Completed legal studies (state exams, LL. B., LL. M.) or comparable qualifications Experience in international contract and company law Ideally, experience in the formulation and implementation of HR policies and guidelines in the international context Knowledge of HR compliance and/or global mobility and labour law are advantageous Safe to negotiate in English and German or English at a native language level as well as express communication skills A look at detail, an international mindset, humor and curiosity You may not meet all the requirements mentioned, but you will understand your expertise.
