Support of customers from different industries in the analysis of complex technical issues and the derivation of well-founded decision bases in interdisciplinary cooperation with specialists from various technical fields Head of complex technical consulting projects with ensuring timeliness, quality, budget compliance and sustainable customer satisfaction Analysis of existing structures, processes and system landscapes at the customer for identifying weaknesses, risks and optimization potentials Independent derivation and evaluation of technical solutions and selection of suitable technologies and implementation options for implementing customer-specific requirements Creation of cost-effectiveness analyses, business cases and well-founded decision bases for management and stakeholders Conception and implementation of customer workshops, review sessions and management and decision presentations Participation in the strategic development of the consulting portfolio, the expansion of the consulting business and the continuous optimization of internal methods, standards and knowledge modules Professional support and mentoring of Junior Consultants Active participation in customer acquisition and project acquisition

Complete studies in engineering, economic engineering, electrical and information technology, mechanical engineering, aerospace, automotive engineering or comparable Multiannual professional experience in consulting, preferably in the context of complex technical systems Ability to process complex technical issues and translate business and technology, taking into account business goals, processes and KPIs on the customer side Experience in stakeholder management at different hierarchical levels as well as in the creation of sound decision bases and strategic recommendations Funded technical understanding of system architectures, technologies, interfaces and systems Knowledge of Systems Engineering desirable Experience in the professional leadership of interdisciplinary teams Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Standing for occasional missions
