Domain Manager Regional Energy Transition (m/w/d)

In our regional energy transition department, we bundle our potential to successfully shape the energy transition and the heat transition. Particular attention is paid to increasing efficiency through digitization and intelligent automation as well as to a coordinated process management. The ND-DI department is responsible for overarching management of IT performance relationships and requirements management for the Regional Energy Transition department. As a domain manager*in, you take a central role in controlling IT query and digital transformation. You act as a bridge between the specialist departments and the IT service providers and ensure that the business processes of the domain are optimally supported by IT.

You represent the interests of the specialist departments of our domain vis-à-vis the IT service providers – and vice versa, IT's capabilities and limits towards the specialist departments. You ensure that the IT query of the domain is effectively controlled – with the aim of ensuring adequate, economic and use-based IT support for business processes. You coordinate the IT requirements of our domain and tune them with the central IT-Supply units. You actively participate in the further development of demand management and introduce the perspective of our domain into strategic IT decisions. You have access to more involved functions and work closely with business relationship managers, project managers and IT architects.

You have completed your studies, for example (economic/technical) computer science, economic engineering or a comparable qualification. You bring a multi-year professional experience in IT management, in digitization or in request management. You have experience in managing complex projects and working with interdisciplinary teams. You convince by communication strength, analytical thinking and a high degree of self-responsibility.
