Implement, operate and continuously develop our company-wide telephony infrastructure with a focus on Microsoft Teams Telephony Manage and monitor our session Border controllers and analyse as well as eliminate phone malfunctions Configure and manage terminals (e.g. team phones) and seamlessly integrate them into our existing infrastructure Select modern video conferencing systems, perform rollouts and override their maintenance, with special focus on Microsoft Teams Rooms Centrally administrate our conference and communication solutions in the Microsoft Teams Admin Center for all Liebherr locations worldwide Wear the global responsibility for the Liebherr Communication Service and manage Microsoft teams in a single-tenant setup for the entire group of companies Work with international IT and project teams to implement standards for standardised and group-wide communication solutions Support and design thematic IT projects with Examine additional tasks and responsibility in the SaaS environment
