Our insured persons: employees in the public service, students, pupils and children in daycare facilities. Leadership of the field of expertise, organisational and personnel management of the cross-site team Budget & Annual Financial Audit: Responsibility for the implementation and supervision of annual audits in accordance with the deadline Contributions and conversion calculation: Ensuring a smooth process in contributing and transfer accounting Investments: Responsibility for the implementation and risk management of investment Process & Interface Control: Control of Processes & Interfaces and Ensuring Good Communication with Other Areas of UKBW Quality management: Establishing a quality management system and developing instruments to measure target achievement, result quality and customer satisfaction Digitization & Automation: Successful implementation of the UKBW digitalization strategy and drive the use of automation, RPA and AI independent further development of the department

completed university studies at Master level (e.g. finance, BWL, public management or a comparable degree programme) Experience in financial management ideally in public service multi-year leadership experience ideally: experience in interface management (e.g. between CRM and ERP systems) Process-oriented and number-based work Solution-oriented and independent operation readiness for cross-site work and business trips to our other location (Karlsruhe and Stuttgart)
