Identification and address of potential new customers with commercial properties that need support in the rental or marketing of their land Active new customer acquisition in the area of letting management, in particular by telephone contact of users and tenants Establishing contacts to decision-makers and multipliers in the relevant areas Acquisition of tenants through targeted and proactive speech Focus on cross-departmental teamwork with colleagues Maintenance and documentation of leads, contacts and activities in the CRM system Close cooperation with the internal teams of Asset Management, Letting and Investment
