We are looking for a location management for our location in Donaueschingen, which optimises processes with energy, ideas and vision, motivates teams and keeps the day-to-day business on top level. Your responsibility includes income management, transformation, sustainability and everything that makes a smooth, customer-oriented process possible.

Responsibility You lead the depot and bear full responsibility – from work security to achievement of goals. Link: You are in close contact with team, sales, IT and management and make sure everything is running around. Employee support: You develop, motivate and actively support your team in process optimization. Key figures & control: You keep sales, results and quality targets in mind, tax autonomously and flexibly on operational and strategic requirements. Transformation & Processes: You establish new processes sustainably, develop roles and are an anchor and driver for your team.

Training & qualification: Commercial training or BWL study with focus on logistics. Experience: Ideally practice in the transport or KEP industry, leadership experience of advantage. Analysis & Understanding figures: You use KPI lists and reports to control, budget and quality assurance. Leadership & Social Competence: You conduct fair, transparent and motivating – and keep developing your team. Design will: You want diversity, new processes, technology, projects and the further development of the site.
