A team consisting of very dedicated and competent colleagues who are looking forward to implementing projects together with you and to live #WePowerment Own-sponsored cooperation in customer projects as well as planning and coordination of own subprojects Support in the need-oriented design of management audits, individual assessments and development center procedures that are tailored to the needs of our customers Accompanying the implementation of Assessment Centers as an active part of the Assessor Team and/or as organizational support Ensuring a smooth running of projects as well as taking on appointment coordination and project support Organization and creation of documents for presentations, meetings and acquisition dates Participation in the design of studies on topics related to suitability diagnosis and preparation of results Participation in internal assessment services initiatives as well as opportunities for cooperation with other Kienbaum consultancy practices in a wide range of interfaces to the topics “People & Organisation”

You have successfully completed your (economic) psychological master's degree, are HR-affin and have ideally gained first professional experience in the consulting field You are characterized by excellent analytical skills and great commitment You have very good knowledge in MS Office (especially Excel) You are reliable, team-ready, strong in communication and organization A high degree of initiative, a pronounced customer orientation and a professional appearance round off your profile We require German knowledge of native language as well as fluent English knowledge for our project work as well as a readiness to travel
