Your tasks: As an IT employee in the 2nd level support, you support our customers in the operation of our own developed CGM MEDICO Clinic Information System. You analyze and eliminate clinical and cross-disciplinary documentation and work closely with the IT staff and key users of the clinics. You develop problem solutions (optional workarounds) and advise our customers professionally. You communicate directly with the customers, use remote access to test and productive systems, document the solution steps and provide the internal knowledge database. With complex problems and product improvement, you work closely with the development and prepare bug analyses for software development. In case of need, you support the design and implementation of quality assurance activities in the context of new and further development (functional and integration tests). You take on readiness and provide services partly also outside the core working hours. That's what you bring: You have a completed training in healthcare or an equivalent qualification. You know yourself with in-house processes and processes, especially in appointment and organization in cooperation with specialist departments such as X-ray, KG, Physio etc. Knowledge of UNIX and Windows operating systems, databases (SQL) and MS Office applications are advantageous. You are passionate about the idea of actively supporting healthcare through communication and IT. Team skills, initiative, communication strength, readiness to learn, analyseability and customer orientation are your strengths.
