As an engineer:in or technician:in the field of electrotechnical building equipment, you contribute to making buildings sustainable, energy-efficient and sustainable. With your expertise, you will support builders, architects, specialist planners and other project participants in the development of innovative electrotechnical solutions for new buildings and existing buildings. After a systematic incorporation by experienced colleagues, you take care of the design and quality assurance in the planning of electrical installations and systems in the building sector and thus support the instructed specialist planners as consultants. Project management in the field of electrical building equipment for medium and large projects as support on the client side and consultants Support the overall project manager TGA or project management in the holistic evaluation of electrotechnical specialist planning in all HOAI phases and identifying planning, quality and interface gaps as well as identifying optimization potentials Verification of calculations, interpretations and technical concepts of electrotechnical installations under the guidance of appropriate tools with previous incorporation Accompanying planning and project meetings including documentation of the results Developing sustainable and innovative electrotechnical concepts for new building, reconstruction and renovation projects in the team, e.g. in the form of economic planning requirements or system planning Showing by evtl. Added value for all project participants such as builders, users, investors, operators and planners Participation in innovative topics such as Smart Building, BIM, Lean, sustainable building concepts and other innovative services after appropriate training Responsible handling of project tasks and projects as well as active further development of specialized topics

Successfully completed study of electrical engineering, energy engineering, electrical systems, electrical engineering building equipment or a technical degree in a comparable field Insufficient professional experience in the planning or consulting or execution of electrotechnical installations in the building context Great interest in quality assurance, sustainable electrotechnical building equipment and energy-efficient, economic and sustainable buildings Quick conception combined with analytical and networked thinking Solution-oriented negotiation skills and a good sense for people and facts Lust for the next career step
