For our kitchen of the WfbM (workshop for disabled people) of the Idstein Disabled Assistance, we are looking for a qualified specialist for work and professional promotion (gFAB) or a work pedagogue/worker trainer with training as a cook or kitchen master (m/w/d) as an stellv. Team management.

You enjoy the promotion and guidance of people with cognitive impairments to participate in working life. You are responsible for carrying out and preparing food preparation including Catering. You support office activities. Your employment usually takes place in a 5-day week from Monday to Friday (full time).

You have a completed training as a cook + kitchen master (or comparable) and educational qualification as a qualified specialist for work and professional promotion, work pedagogue, work educator or occupational therapist (m/w/d). You have several years of experience in the kitchen. You have knowledge of HACCP and occupational safety. You are a distinct organizational design and coordinates processes efficiently. You have a class B licence.

Depending on the qualification and professional experience, you earn between € 3.942 to € 4.221 including SuE allowance, with long-term professional experience up to € 5.320 possible (based on TVöD-B pay group S8b, full-time, part-time). In addition, there is an allowance for deputy team management, an annual special payment of 90% of the monthly salary and an occupational pension scheme. With the “Vitos Card” you get a pay extra of up to 50 € per month; tax- and social insurance-free for shopping, tanking, supermarkets or in the restaurant.
