The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the strategic and operational management of selected company-wide projects within PassportCard Europe GmbH. The position ensures that projects are implemented on time, within the framework of the budget and in accordance with the corporate objectives and supports the further development of professional project management structures.

Planning, control and implementation of company-wide projects taking into account time, budget, quality and resources Coordination and moderation of interdisciplinary and international project teams Application and development of project management standards, methods and tools Monitoring project progress and identification and management of risks and dependencies Ensuring the achievement of projects in line with the corporate strategy Preparation and implementation of project reviews, status reports and decision bases for management Close cooperation with IT, Operations, Finance, Law, Marketing, Sales and HR Coordination and coordination with international groups and external partners (e.g. PassportCard Labs, DavidShield Group) Support in the continuous optimization of project and process structures

Multiannual experience in project management complex, ideally international projects Very good knowledge of classical and agile project management methods (e.g. Lean Six Sigma and PRINCE2) Structured, analytical work with high self-responsibility Impressed communication skills and secure stakeholder management Ability to control multiple projects in parallel and effectively set priorities High quality and responsibility Very good knowledge of German and English
