Technical support for photovoltaics as an electrician/electronics technician for energy and building technology (m/f/d)

Here you - together with a great team - are responsible for the processing of various requests from specialist partners about the topic of photovoltaic systems. Photovoltaic systems of a well-known German manufacturer, which are mainly installed in residential buildings, are considered. In doing so, you have contact with the specialist partners/installers on site, who report to the aforementioned errors.

Your area of responsibility includes the following activities: • Telephone Troubleshooting for certain fault images that occur during installation, commissioning or customer service as well as documentation of these cases in the CRM. • Backoffice activities, such as CRM-Pflege, product/replacement orders triggering, and planning of operations by service technicians and specialists • Close cooperation with the specialist departments of our client, e.g. in the preparation of certain requests or in the case of necessary training.

The position can be occupied by the client in full and part-time in the office or hybrid from the home office after a comprehensive incorporation on site. Your working hours are from 07:00 to 18:00, depending on the arrangement.

Do you recognize your profile? These points round off your profile - but are not a must: • Technical basic qualification due to a technical training or a study/continuation course (e.g. electric, renewable energies, photovoltaics, heat pumps or comparable fields of expertise) • Ideally experience in handling products from domestic engineering (PV systems, inverters, storage systems) • Ideally experience in communicating with customers • German fluent in word and writing • Safe handling of PC and various computer systems
