Strategic customer support & business development: You are the first contact person:in our fashion customer and is responsible for the further development of its e-commerce business with a focus on logistics and supply chain topics. You will retain both operational excellence and long-term strategic orientation. Performance analyses & KPI control: Business performance monitoring and analysis based on defined KPIs, reporting and forecasts. From the findings you will take concrete measures to optimize processes, service quality and profitability - and follow their implementation consistently. Data-based decision-making: You identify trends, potentials and risks through sound evaluations and develop recommendations for action for our customers: inside and inside stakeholders.
