Structured programme coordination: As part of the care of patients in the disease management program, you will accompany structured treatment programs in asthma, COPD, KHK and Diabetes mellitus. Comprehensive patient care: You take care of the medical care of our patients and ensure an empathic, professional care. Careful tracking: You record all program-relevant data structured, monitor therapy intervals and ensure complete documentation.
