Location: Cologne-Südstadt (at Volksgarten) Working time: 30-40 hours/week | Mo–Fr, occasionally Sa | Core working time: 8–17 hours (from 3:30 pm) Initial salary: from 3,200 € gross (full time) + paid overtime, as well as numerous employee benefits

As a communicative/allrounder you are the friendly face at the reception, the competent voice on the phone and the reliable support in everyday sales. You organize, advise and keep the day-to-day business running – with heart, mind, and the view for the essential.

Your tasks:

• Telephone consulting (including B2B: painter, interior designer, architects)
• Creation of offers & order processing
• Sales support & telephone customer address
• correspondence, master data maintenance & deposit
• Organization and support of seminars and training
• Showroom support and occasional local advice
• Packaging, presentation & assortment care
• Interface function between customer, external service, warehouse & purchasing

What you should bring:**

• Completed commercial training or comparable professional experience
• Pleasure to phone & handle people
• Organisational skills & structured working methods
• Good computer skills (ideally MS 365, macOS, OneDrive)
• Responsibility & team skills
• Ideal experience in B2B customer contact or sales
• Interest in colors, design or craftsmanship of advantage – but no need

A formal education is not a must – your skills count.
