Take the disciplinary and professional leadership of a three-member team at our location in Bonn Ensure compliance with legal and internal compliance requirements regarding retention periods Coordinate and prioritize tasks within the team Cooperate with HR, Works Council, Legal and other relevant interfaces Standardize and continuously optimize document processes and monitor relevant KPIs

Multiannual professional experience in the HR or service-related office environment Experience in leadership of teams (disciplinary or professional) of advantage Basic knowledge of labour law and data protection (especially GDPR) desirable Structured, detailed and proactive operation Communication strength and ability to work with different stakeholders as well as very good knowledge of German and English Ready to work 100% on site in Bonn
