In the private real estate financing we implement the living spaces of our private customers, from the existing property, to the new building up to capital investments. We advise our customers comprehensively and transparently, including comparison with our competitors. Our mission is to find optimal solutions for our customers around the subject of property.

Your tasks – we will inspire you As part of the financing advice, you will accompany the customers comprehensively and involve the multi-product approach. You are negotiating sales-oriented taking into account customer needs, within our quality standards, as well as legal and operational regulations and processes. If necessary, you will bind the branch directors/filials and actively support them. You plan your sales activities independently and develop best practice approaches that you implement and like to pass on to colleagues.
