Trainee Cash & Trade Services (f/m/d)

The trainee program lasts 18 months and starts on 1. October 2026 Your application is mainly in the Cash & Trade Services department From the outset, you actively take responsibility and focus on exciting topics such as digital payment, payment solutions for FinTechs, corporate, shipping and real estate customers, as well as the Trade Finance (Import-Accreditive, Avale, foreign guarantees, guarantees and Standby‐L/C) You work in the Cash & Trade Services department, a product sales area with direct customer contact You support the analysis of individual customer needs in cash management and trade finance as well as the development of suitable solutions in cooperation with other market areas Together with experienced team members, you develop challenging topics and products and continuously expand customer contact You actively shape your development path and hospitulate on the basis of an individual development plan in selected interface areas of the bank, with at least three months of your use in the Payment Operations department You are planned in the long term: After successful completion of the trainee program, your takeover is fixed You get regular feedback and benefit from intensive care by:n Mentor:in the field You will develop further in a targeted manner: Our training program will help you develop professionally and personally continuously

You have completed university studies – preferably with reference to the financial industry, e.g. Economics, (economic) computer science or law You ideally have relevant internships in banking/finance, as well as initial knowledge in the areas of digital payment, treasury and corporate financing You have a hand for analytical and investigative issues, fun in conceptual activities and the development of sales-relevant processes You are customer-focused and have a secure appearance against external and internal customers: You bring innovation spirit and creativity and want to demonstrate your skills with full commitment to us You have good consulting skills and willingness to further develop skills such as negotiation skills, conflictability and degree You are a:e team player: with sovereign appearance as well as strong communication and persuasiveness Your English skills are good in word and writing
