Strengthen our team as a Technical Consultant ServiceNow (m/w/d) at one of our locations throughout Germany. The ServiceNow team supports customers across Germany with all the challenges surrounding their ServiceNow implementations and processes. From consulting to optimisation in the ServiceNow platform – our colleagues are competent to support both our own and our team. Consulting external customers around ServiceNow ITSM and / or ITOM Analysis of customer requirements and creation of technical implementation concepts Technical implementation, incl. configuration, customizing and development Implementation and optimization of ServiceNow modules such as: Incident / Problem / Change CMDB Discovery Service Mapping Implementation of workshops, technical advice and support in architectural decisions Structure and maintenance of integrations via REST / SOAP APIs Working in agile project structures (Scrum, Kanban)

Complete IT-oriented training, e.g. as a specialist in system integration (m/w/d) or completed studies in the field of computer science, business informatics, etc. A. and detectable, context-related professional experience At least three years of experience in a consultancy company Found experience as a technical serviceNow implementer (m/w/d) Safe handling of: Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Workflows, Flow Designer ServiceNow CMDB and Discovery API integrations (REST/SOAP) ServiceNow certifications, ideally: Certified Application Developer (CAD) ITSM or ITOM Implementation Specialist (IS) (m/w/d) High technical conception, structured operation Embossed communication and consulting skills in handling customers Good communication skills with very good German (level C1 or higher) and English skills (level B2 or higher) Travel readiness (approximately 50 to 75 %)
