Control and coordination of the construction of our global Corporate Academy as a Center of Expertise for Learning and Development Development of a holistic target image and corresponding implementation strategies in close coordination with HR, business units and specialist departments Establishing a company-wide learning ecosystem that integrates modern learning formats, platforms and methods Development and continuous development of relevant KPIs for measuring learning activities, effects and investment Corporate Learning Manager (m/w/d) Promoting cooperation, knowledge sharing and best practices within the learning network Ensuring the didactic and qualitative standards in the development and provision of digital learning formats Identification, Bundling and Use of Synergies between Local and Global Learning Activities Control of overarching learning projects for efficiency enhancement and cost optimization Global analysis of internal learning needs and strategic selection of external learning providers Negotiating, controlling and evaluating external training providers in the sense of an effective learning portfolio Building and maintaining a sustainable partner network for external learning Sparring partners for HR, executives and departments on modern learning approaches and organisational development Support in the cultural anchoring of learning as a central part of the corporate strategy

Complete study in the field of pedagogy, psychology, human resources development, economics or similar disciplines desirable or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in corporate learning / talent development in a global corporate structure Understanding digital learning technologies, LMS systems and learning strategies Experience in building company-wide learning structures and implementing strategic projects Designed analytical skills for the development and application of learning KPIs Strong in communication, stakeholder management and interdisciplinary cooperation German and English skills
