You conduct technical and organizational engineering and ensure a smooth technical operation of our residence You lead, plan the deployment and develop the employees in the technical field You are the contact person for our residents: in all technical matters, service providers and external craftsmen You run smaller remodeling, refurbishment and construction projects, including supply collection and control and monitoring of external craftsmen and specialist companies You implement own repair work in the house and monitor the technical budget as well as cost control during ongoing measures Technically, You accompany all measures to prevent and prevent fire protection as an internal safety specialist and manage the closing system and monitor annual maintenance work

, Elektrotechniker (m/w/d) You have several years of professional experience in building technology, building technology or technical building management, e.g. as a home technician (m/w/d) You have very good knowledge of building automation, ideally with focus KNX You have experience in managing employees and controlling external service providers You have knowledge of occupational safety, fire protection and technical regulations You are an organizational designer, responsible and work independently, with safe occurrence and strong communication skills in dealing with residents: women, employees and service providers
