Social Pedagogue - Vocational Training Center (m/f/d)

In order to support our team at the vocational training center, we are pleased to have a social education (m/w/d) as a social education specialist.

Your tasks

Consultation: They assist participants with open and empirical advice. In addition, you will set up training plans together with the participants' goals, perform rehabilitation sessions, and adjust them as needed.

Support: They support the participants in the search for a suitable internship and later in the job search. To help them identify their strengths and find a place that matches their health situation. You can also support the social pedagogical group offers.

Organization: They are responsible for the documentation of all relevant processes, including the creation of detailed reports. Your tasks include the technical coordination of all participant-related processes. In addition to the care and professional exchange with cost providers and other process participants, you will determine the further funding requirements of the participants in cooperation with the multi-professional team.

Your profile

Qualifications: You have a completed study or a comparable qualification (e.g. specialist in the social sector, educators with professional experience and supplementary education or are willing to acquire them).

Ideal, but no need: Experiences with the target group of adult or mentally ill people would be wonderful, but are not a prerequisite. Good knowledge of social legislation SGB II, III, IX would also be desirable.
