Therapist (m/w/d) for inpatient residential group

The MW Malteser Werke non-profit GmbH serves as a recognised freelance institution for youth assistance throughout Germany as part of stationary youth assistance. For our stationary group in Cottbus we are now looking for a therapist*in in parttime.

In our establishment, young people aged 12 to a maximum of 21 years of age are offered therapeutic and educational opportunities in stabilisation and, where appropriate, Treatment of mental vulnerabilities and diseases supported. Particular attention is paid to the promotion of relationshipability, the learning of life-structural skills and the building of daily structure. The creation of perspectives for the near and further future of the inhabitants is a fundamental objective. They take over the therapeutic accompaniment and communicate with the multi-professional team about the joint help planning of young people, so that therapeutic processes can be implemented in everyday life and relevant aspects of therapy are taken up every day. They are responsible for carrying out the therapies and regularly take part in team meetings of the pedagogues, intervision, case meetings, supervision and relevant training courses. In addition, you are asked to introduce your creative and innovative ideas to further develop our concept and to contribute to the design of specific interventions for our clients.
