Business Intelligence Engineer (m/f/d)

You design, develop and operate business intelligence solutions based on Microsoft Fabric. Start interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for management and departments. You are working on developing and expanding power apps to support data-driven business processes. You are responsible for building and optimizing data models, ETL/ELT routes and semantic models. You use Python for data processing, analysis, automation and advanced analytics. You connect different data sources and integrate them (e.g. SQL, APIs, cloud data sources). You work closely with the specialist areas to analyze requirements and implement them. You ensure data quality, performance and governance.

You have completed a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science or a comparable qualification. You bring several years of experience in BI or Analytics development as well as very good knowledge in Power BI (DAX, Power Query). You have experience with Microsoft Fabric (e.g. Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, Pipelines) as well as in the development with Power Apps and ideally Power Automate. You have good programming skills in Python (e.g. Pandas, NumPy, Jupyter) and have experience with relational databases and SQL. You are characterized by an analytical way of thinking, structured working and high data affinity. You have very good German and good English skills.
