We are looking for full time (Senior) (m/w/d) for our construction company in Wiesbaden.

In the function (Senior) Kalkulator (m/w/d), you are responsible for the independent production of supply and order calculations of complex construction projects taking into account economic, technical and contractual aspects.

What tasks do you have? Own-responsible costing of construction services (e.g. bridge, road or building projects)

Creation of order and execution calculations

Examination of tender documents and creation of a chance and risk assessment

Date and cost control as well as control measures for deviations

Technical and organizational interface work with project managers and specialist departments

Coordination of internal and external experts and subcontractors

What are you doing? Completed studies in civil engineering

5 years of professional experience in a comparable position

Excellent cost and quality awareness

Knowledge of construction processes, materials and legal regulations

Knowledge of RiB iTWO

English (B2) and German (C1)
