We, RWS Gebäudeservice GmbH, are a medium-sized company in large parts of East Germany. Your Tasks as Financial Accountant (m/w/d)

• Book business transactions (debitors/creditors/funds)
• Processing of input invoices incl. Examination, confirmation and booking of documents
• Create output invoices including master data maintenance
• Create and edit payment suggestions and payment files
• Monitor accounts (creditors and debitors) and clarify booking operations (including all monthly associated billing and parking accounts)
• Processing of the dungeon in the area of creditors and debitors
• Book all daily bank transactions
• Preparation, printing and booking of debits
• Control, confirmation and booking our handcuffs
• Completion of plant accounting for all fixed assets
• Participation in the creation of monthly and annual accounts

• You have successfully completed your commercial training or your business studies
• Excellent knowledge of German in word and writing
• They are versed in dealing with current MS Office applications including financial accounting programs
• You are happy to work in the team and also like to take on your own responsibility
