Marketing Specialist B2B (m/w/d) – Content & Automation – Part-time (20–25 hours/week) Bietigheim-Bissingen, up to 50% mobile work possible Our marketing area is looking for a new team member (m/w/d) in Bietigheim-Bissingen. Together we design and control B2B marketing campaigns, answer product and sales communication and design the customer journey along the marketing and sales tunnel for our pharmacy business unit. This body is limited until December 2028.

You develop content ideas and create text, image and video content in various online and offline formats such as newsletters, mailings, blog articles, brochures, graphics or short videos. You tune requirements for creative concepts and develop design and creative proposals together with the project team as well as other specialist areas. Editorial planning and management of marketing measures – especially in newsletters and direct marketing – are your responsibility. In doing so, you get internal releases and keeps timings and quality in mind. You support the successful launch of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and set new standards for our communication strategy. Marketing-Automation-Journeys in the Salesforce Marketing Cloud plan, control and optimize with the goal of efficient lead generation. You can also transfer content management within the marketing cloud – from texts to CTAs to graphics. The care and further development of our website are also part of your task. You start landing pages, apply forms and check them carefully for high quality and content implementation. Market, competitive and trend analyses are carried out regularly to identify optimization potentials and provide impulses for new measures.

You have successfully completed a degree in the field of communication and/or marketing and have at least three years of professional experience - ideally on the agency or company side. You have a safe handling of popular graphics programs, especially InDesign and Photoshop. You have pronounced text security and a fine sense of target group-oriented speech. First experiences in content management can be demonstrated, as well as you know about CMS systems such as Typo3 or OnePage. Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is beneficial. Alternatively, you bring a high willingness to work intensively in Salesforce. You like to work in the team, are always helpful and enjoy the initiative. You also feature structured, detailed work and organizational strength. You have fun on transformation and change issues, are solution-oriented and keeps a cool head even in stressful situations.
