INFRASTRUCTURE SPECIALIST (W/M/D) MALSCH OF HEIDELBERG Be part of a dedicated team and work together with us on solutions that enrich the everyday life of our customers. As an IT expert, you are a central part of our IT organization and ensure smooth operation of our infrastructure. You work closely with Group IT and actively contribute to the further development of our IT landscape and systems.

You enter and develop our IT infrastructure (Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 / Azure) You adjust the stable and safe operation of our systems including Secure virtualization and server and storage technologies You take the 3rd level support and are the central escalation centre for complex IT topics You work with international IT projects and implement new technologies together with Group IT You continuously optimize our IT systems, processes and standards You coordinate external service providers as well as IT assets and licenses You ensure IT documentation and compliance You ensure clean IT documentation and compliance with policies You'll start reports and analyses to support management

Completed IT training or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in IT infrastructure / system administration Very good knowledge of Microsoft environment (Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure) Experience with virtualization (hyper-V) and ideally with server and storage systems Basic knowledge in the field of networks German and English skills Structured, solution-oriented and independent operation Team skills and communication strength in an international environment Analytical thinking and pronounced problem-solving competence Advantage: Knowledge in Linux (Ubuntu) or experience with specialized applications (e.g. Solidworks EPDM)
