Your working time as project manager*in

• Full-time basis
• 39 hours per week

Your tasks as project manager*in

• Object control & quality assurance Regular approach of the customer objects to control the cleaning performance within maintenance, glass and special cleaning, as well as checking of operating and working equipment.
• Personal organization Operation planning, incorporation and management of cleaning teams as well as ensuring health and safety regulations, including the creation and updating of documents such as risk assessments/procedure instructions.
• Material & Resource Management Responsibility for the logistics of cleaning chemistry and machines and their professional application.
• Calculation & implementation Creation of new objects and optimization of existing customer processes.
• Interface function Direct contact person for customers in case of operational queries and complaint management with a specialist focus, as well as the planning, preparation and support of certification and customer audits.

Your profile

• Complete vocational training & experience in building cleaning or housekeeping
• Reliability & application flexibility
• Excellent quality awareness & service orientation
• driving class B / B3
• Good handling of MS-Office
