The team of the event security department ensures the greatest possible safety of all participants in the productions and events of the Bayerischer Rundfunk and accompanies their safety implementation from planning to on-site implementation in close coordination with internal interfaces, operators, service providers and the approval authorities. You make sure that compliance with the applicable legal requirements, in particular according to the Ordinance (VStättV), as well as the BR internal standards and safety requirements are guaranteed at the highest level at all times.

Application as event master:in productions/events in compliance with the applicable legal requirements and internal guidelines with and without audience Takeover of the event management in simple and medium-sized productions/events of any kind in the responsibility of Bayerischer Rundfunk Support for event management in the support of large events Ensure the greatest possible safety of all persons involved in a production/an event throughout the entire process Creating risk assessments, safety documentation and safety concepts for simple and medium-sized productions/events in accordance with the area of responsibility Authorisation management including formal notification of simple and medium-sized productions/events to the relevant approval authorities and verification and implementation of the resulting notifications Working with external tenders and awards Technical contact for internal interfaces (organization and production management, editorial staff) and external interfaces (BOS and approval authorities) Safety and technical instructions of persons involved Cooperation in project and working groups

Complete training as a master:in for event technology and ideally multi-year professional experience in this field Knowledge and training on the management of events Very good knowledge of the relevant common laws, regulations and regulations, e.g. DGUV regulations, VStättV, occupational safety Experience in creating hazard assessments and safety concepts Safe handling of MS Office, SAP as well as common specialist applications including AutoCAD Structured, responsible and independent functioning Very high communication capability and solution-oriented work Experience in the management of teams in production and training of employees
