How to get involved From acceptance to testing to processing - returns are in the best hands with you: you ensure that each return reliably finds its way through our receipt of goods. Whether the retoured articles are stored, donated or destroyed, you decide on their own. Keep in mind our requirements and prepare re-storable goods including the required bookings for storage. The processing of the returns will keep you in SAP on the system side, agree with the customer service, and also with regard to product complaints and recalls will depend on your active support. In exchange with internal interfaces such as sales and other departments in Germany and abroad, you will demonstrate your communication strength and contribute to a smooth cooperation. In case of queries, you are a competent contact person, clarify questions and requests in writing as by phone and make sure that we are always professional and service-oriented to customers.

What you bring (m/w/d), or a comparable commercial training Professional experience in the warehouse and handling of industrial trucks Knowledge of commercial returns Forklift licence Fit in MS Office and SAP, including comprehensive practice in return processing with SAP LFS Safe, friendly appearance and joy in communication with internal and external customers Good organizational skills and a structured and conscientious way of working in administrative activities Team player qualities with a good portion of personal responsibility Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing readiness for work and weekend work
