SAP SucessFactors Specialist (m/f/d)

In this role you are part of our Global IT organization and work closely with the people teams worldwide. As an interface between technology and people processes, you contribute to the stable, user-friendly and continuous development of our HR systems in order to support the needs of the business as much as possible. Support for ongoing operations, care and continuous development of our SAP SuccessFactors environment with focus on Employee Central, Learning and Performance & Goals Close cooperation with the SAP SuccessFactors team and step-by-step development of expertise in further modules Participation in the planning and implementation of new SAP SuccessFactors modules and system extensions Drive forward HR system projects that help simplify, standardize and improve our people processes Creating meaningful reports and analyses to support better people-related decisions, including SAP Advanced Analytics Support to ensure that our HR system processes meet legal, internal and audit-related requirements Support for questions, training and troubleshooting in the relevant SAP SuccessFactors modules

Experience with SAP HR modules Openness to get to know more SAP SuccessFactors modules and continuously expand your system expertise Understanding HR processes and enjoying finding practical ways to make these clearer, simpler and more efficient Secure handling of MS Office as well as first experience in projects or cross-functional cooperation Own responsibility and solution-oriented thinking Ability to translate technical topics together with local key users into user-oriented trainings You like to work with people, communicate clearly and keep topics well structured You're not all CRITERIA?
