Implementation of inventory and energy accounting: Analysis of the need for modernisation as a basis for decision-making for the project. Energy consulting: implementation of energy savings calculations, development of individual refurbishment schedules and creation of energy certificates. Participation in the creation of applications for funding: support in the application of funding for energy measures. Energetic building management: expert support and monitoring of the implementation of supported energy modernisation measures. Creation of technical evidence: implementation of heat bridge proofs, heating load calculations and creation of ventilation concepts (DIN 1946). Consultation of internal stakeholders: expert support and advice on energetic measures in residential buildings.

Complete technical studies: civil engineering, architecture, technical building equipment or comparable fields of study or completed vocational training (master, state-tested technician) in a technical profession. Certification as an energy-efficiency expert for residential buildings: established knowledge in energetic standards and evidence. Remarkable: Completed training for certified energy efficiency experts (m/w/d) for non-residential buildings or monument protection. Class B driving licence: mobility within the scope of activity. Funded software knowledge: Secure handling of Microsoft Office; first knowledge of Hottgenroth Energy Consultant Professional 3D Plus are of advantage. Readiness to travel: Flexibility for use in northern Germany
