You advise the departments, in particular the construction department, on construction, maintenance and framework contracts and support them as a central contact person in the entire procurement management. You plan and control procurement procedures above and below the thresholds – from the selection of the type of award, through the production of the documents to the time schedule – and implement them on the eVergabeplattform. You coordinate the publication, supervise participation competitions, answer questions from tenderers and ensure the timely implementation of the individual process steps. After submitting the offer, you take over the formal offer evaluation, communicate with the bidders, create contract and rejection notifications and are responsible for the documentation as well as for the process.
