The house on the vineyard in the district of Stuttgart-Obertürkheim comprises 48 nursing places, a residential community for younger people with disabilities, prey living, day care and mobile services. The concept with model character, the location at the foot of the vineyards, the award-winning architecture and the beautiful outdoor facilities contribute to the pleasant working atmosphere. The institution is very well integrated into the community and is supported by volunteers. A bus stop is located right in front of the house.

As a nurse coordinator, you act as an important interface between the nursing service management and the operative care team. Their focus is on ensuring and optimizing the quality of supply. The control and technical support of the fully-stationary and outpatient care processes (SGB XI / SGB V) as part of our holistic concept by seamlessly linking all care services. You coordinate the daily care processes, control the processes and actively cooperate in care.
