You take over the reception activities in representation and in the service period. During the review, you will take care of the telephone, written and electronic correspondence with clients, service providers and reviewers. Your area of responsibility shall include other activities corresponding to the area of responsibility and tasks following the instructions of the supervisor.

You bring a completed vocational training or a comparable qualification as well as first professional experience in the healthcare sector or in the commercial sector. Communication skills is one of your strengths. For this reason, the telephone and written contact with health insurance and insured persons is easy for you. You are quickly working into new software (MS Office, ISmed, Lotus Notes). You are communicative and open – and You love working in the team. A precise operation and rapid understanding round off your profile.
