Working Student Human Resources (m/f/d)

In Munich, we work as a medium-sized team with around 50 employees on innovative sensor solutions for environmental measurement technology – and thus help to better understand complex ecosystems.

Your role in us As a working student in HR, you support us in the day-to-day operating business and actively contribute to the further development of our HR processes - especially in the area of Learning & Development and Recruiting. You bring your own ideas, take responsibility and get the opportunity to build and develop smaller projects independently - all the way to your own areas of responsibility.

You develop and develop eLearnings and support our training offer You build overviews and structures to track training You support in recruiting – from interview coordination to communication with applicants You are involved in the creation and management of work contracts You carry out administrative tasks and support the organisation of HR projects and events (e.g. lunches & lunch meetings, corporate celebrations) You design and launch internal surveys and evaluate them You support the creation and maintenance of newsletters and internal communication

You are immatriculated, ideally in the field of BWL, economic psychology, HR or comparable You have already gained first practical experience in HR (e.g. internship or student work) You work structured, reliable and keep track of multiple topics You are safe in handling MS Office, especially Excel You have very good German and good English skills You communicate clearly and professionally, and you will certainly be able to compete with applicants and employees You are responsible and discreet with sensitive information You bring your own initiative and you want to actively shape things Nice to have: First experiences with eLearning tools or didactic concepts
