Support the ongoing improvement of processes and controls in all national companies, central functions and the shared service center. Responsibility for the operationalisation of the IKS framework and compliance with internal control standards and their effectiveness. carry out independent control tests (assembling and efficacy testing including risk control matrices). Assessment of results from control tests and aggregation of results for management reporting. Reporting to the process/control controllers with regard to the results from audits and any necessary steps to achieve effectiveness. Consultative role in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of internal controls by automation or other options.

3 + years of experience in financial departments of blue chip companies, shared service centers, in auditing and consulting companies, or in previous roles in governance functions (including IKS, internal/external revision). Experience with the design of business processes and the ability to adopt an end-2-end perspective on business processes and their appropriate control coverage. Experience in the optimization of business and IT processes in the SAP and non-SAP environment and the further development of the control landscape through effective automation. Basic accounting knowledge and experience in carrying out independent control tests. Working with virtual teams. Strong communication skills and the ability to easily represent complex content. German and English language skills in word and writing
