Your tasks

Support: You accompany children and adolescents in everyday life – whether they are standing up, in leisure or in everyday challenges. You are there when they have questions, give orientation, strengthen their self-confidence and promote their individual development.

Document: Ob for help schedule talks or in everyday situations: You document professionally and carefully so that we as a team and also external bodies can understand the course of care and develop it together.

Team spirit: As a reliable person, you work closely with colleagues, families and institutions. Your team spirit, your communication strength and your openness are as important as your professional know-how.

Sustainability: Whether early, late or somewhere in between - you keep an overview and bring reliability.

Your profile

Qualifications:You have completed training as an educatorin (Heilerziehungspflegerin, Heilpädagog*in, o. A.), could ideally gain professional experience in child and youth assistance and possess MS-Office knowledge.

Engagement:You dare to master challenging situations safely and in a solution-oriented manner and approach your tasks with commitment and expertise.

Team spirit: You are part of a motivated team that strengthens each other and works together at eye level. You'll get in case reviews, supervisions and conceptual processes – with openness and readiness to reflect.
