Tasks: • You guide and design the practice with a focus on quality and appreciation for your team and your patients • You develop and your entire team professionally and personally • They carry out extensive, high-quality diagnostics and treatment to prevent tooth/mouth/beetle diseases and are contact persons for medical colleagues on site • Through your expertise and empathy, you will become a dentist of trust for patients

What do you bring: • You have an approbation recognised in Germany and bring at least. 4 years of professional experience • You are interested in developing medical treatment concepts, new diagnostic and treatment methods • At best, you will bring experience in managing a team or practice • Empathy for your colleagues • You want to co-design and want to put your ideas into practice • Professional expertise in dental medicine (e.g. endodontics, PA, surgery) is a plus
