Senior Project Manager Building Construction General Contractor | TU (m|f|d)

You are responsible for and responsible for our versatile construction projects – from planning to the turnkey execution of the construction project. You develop the projects together with the architects and the specialist planners, coordinate the participating planners, entrepreneurs and the builders and find opportunities and risks well. With enthusiasm you guide and coordinate our construction sites. You monitor the costs, dates and, in particular, the quality during planning and construction.

You have a training in the construction industry, ideally as a carpenter/room master, or are a trained construction engineer, civil engineer (with indentation wood) or architect. Experiences in the project management or the GU/TU activity are characterized by you. An open and friendly customer and authorities contact is everyday for you. You are flexible and can also bring you positive and competent in challenging situations.
