Business Development Consultant - Focus on Customer Data (m/f/d)

You actively shape the company-wide initiative to improve and complete customer master files. You continuously identify optimization potentials and implement targeted measures to support the strategic goals. You keep in mind relevant interfaces in the company and work in projects to optimally support customer data goals. You develop company-wide standards and guide process requirements to our master data systems. You conduct sector- and company-wide projects or subprojects to improve customer master files and accompany change processes with entrepreneurial vision. You are responsible for project and benefit controlling as well as risk management and represent the area in a societal manner in working circles, bodies and presentations, including at board level.

You have a successfully completed university degree in economics, business informatics, economic engineering or a comparable degree with analytical orientation. You have methodological know-how and experience as a professional project management of larger projects, including structuring, controlling subprojects and calculating business cases. You bring strong conceptual skills and are routined in the moderation of workshops and appointments with management stakeholders. You have profound experience in change management and organisational development as well as in the number-based control by controlling or corporate development. You are safe in committee work and you are happy to build a reliable network around your core theme – across the company and beyond. You quickly, analyze and prepare complex facts in a comprehensible manner; independent and reliable work as well as knowledge in the analysis of large amounts of data are a feature.
