You take over the technical and disciplinary leadership of the specialist group with about 23 employees and organize the personnel deployment planning and work preparation You will take care of the maintenance of the gas supply network, the elimination of faults, the organisation of construction sites and coordination – including the timely implementation according to DVGW and EU methodology regulations and the network controls You monitor all operational activities so that You are carried out at any time safely, professionally and in accordance with applicable regulations and technical standards The work, health and environmental protection as well as the perception of entrepreneurial obligations, for example, the GW301 also belong to your tasks You actively shape the professional development of the specialist group, accompany the technical training, conduct regular feedback and employee talks and implement individual support measures In close coordination with business managers, internal departments and service providers, you ensure smooth and efficient processes You are responsible for the assignment of your own and external personnel, monitor foreign companies and control the delivery of services Participation in the standby service is your responsibility and completes your task profile
