Project Communication Officer (m/f/d)

The place shall be occupied until 30 June 2028.

As a lecturer in project communication, you support the implementation of the communication projects together with the project speakers. In the preparation of actions from the communication strategy, you take on tasks in project management, organize events and accompany their implementation on site. You work closely with colleagues and external partners. Your tasks include: thematic research and understandable preparation of analyses on the project environment supporting project management tasks for maintaining schedules, keeping dates and documentation obligations Creating first text designs for different formats and presentations Event management: Support in preparation, coordination and implementation of events of different formats Cooperation with agencies and other service providers and coordination of their contributions Date management: organisational and content support in preparing stakeholder appointments Control and maintenance of project websites

Higher education in a relevant field Ability to translate complex facts into a target group-oriented language a fundamental understanding of energy economic issues or an interest in working on energy and technical/legal issues is desirable Experiences in the journalistic field and in event management are advantageous; comparable practical experience in communication are also welcome good oral and written communication skills as well as an authentic and appreciative appearance structured, independent work and the view for common goals in the team Team skills and motivation to advance projects together Standing for occasional missions in the course of events (after prior consultation and planning)
